1. General Provisions
1.1. This Policy describes what personal data (PD) we collect on the Site, for what purpose and on what grounds we process it, to whom we transfer it and how we protect it.
1.2. The Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” No. 94-V dated 05/21/2013 and applies to all visitors and clients of EMILZADE.
1.3. By using the Site, sending forms and/or otherwise transferring PD to us, you confirm that you have read the Policy and agree to the processing of PD for the specified purposes.

2. Terms
Operator/Company — EMILZADE (AMALAN LLP).
User — a visitor to the Site, a client or a client’s representative.
Personal data — information related to a specific or determinable person.
3. What data do we process
3.1. Data from web forms: full name, position/company, telephone, e-mail, city, request/project description, attached files (technical specifications, diagrams, etc.).
3.2. Technical data: IP address, date/time, UTM tags, referrer, browser language/version, device type, cookies and identifiers for analytics.
3.3. Communications: correspondence via e-mail/messengers, records of applications and calls (if you call the numbers provided).
3.4. Personnel data (when responding to vacancies): resume, cover letters and other information provided by the applicant.
We do not request or process special categories of PD (biometrics, health, etc.) and do not engage in activities related to special technical means for operational search activities.
4. Purposes and legal grounds for processing
Responses to inquiries, preparation of commercial proposals, audit and pre-contractual relations — execution of the contract/initiation of the transaction.
Execution of supply/implementation/service contracts, support, training — contract and legitimate interests.
Marketing mailings about EMILZADE products/events (only with your consent and with the option to unsubscribe) — consent.
Analytics of the use of the Site, improvement of the interface and content, protection against fraud — legitimate interest.
Recruitment — consent of the applicant.
Compliance with legal requirements, responses to government requests — a legal obligation.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use:
Required cookies — for forms and sessions to work.
Analytical cookies — for aggregated visitor statistics (e.g. Yandex Metrica and/or Google Analytics 4).
You can manage cookies via the banner on the Site and browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect the operation of the Site.
6. Transfer to third parties and cross-border transfer
6.1. PDn may be processed by authorized processors on behalf of EMILZADE strictly within the purposes: hosting/site publication platform, e-mail and mailing providers, analytics, messengers, ticket systems, IT support contractors.
6.2. Processing and storage may be carried out on servers outside the Republic of Kazakhstan (including in the EU/EEA and other jurisdictions). Transfer is carried out subject to compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and only to the extent necessary to provide services.
6.3. PDn may be disclosed at the legal request of government agencies. We do not sell PDn or transfer them to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Storage periods
Applications and correspondence: up to 3 years from the date of the last interaction or longer - if this is required to protect rights / fulfill the contract.
Marketing subscriptions: until consent is revoked.
Job seekers' resumes: up to 1 year (or earlier at your request).
Security logs and technical logs: up to 1 year.
Contractual documentation and accounting - according to the terms established by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8. Security
We use organizational and technical security measures: delineation of rights and accounting of user actions, channel encryption, backup, two-factor authentication for critical access, monitoring and incident response, contractual obligations with processors regarding confidentiality and security.
9. Rights of the personal data subject
You have the right to:
receive information about your PDn and a copy of the data;
demand clarification/update/blocking/deletion of PDn;
revoke consent (for mailings/marketing/personnel records);
object to processing on the basis of legitimate interest - if we do not have compelling legal grounds to continue;
contact the authorized state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the protection of the rights of PDn subjects.
EMILZADE's response period is up to 30 calendar days.
10. Application procedure
For questions about PDn and the exercise of rights, send a request to emilzadecom@yandex.kz.
In your request, please indicate your full name, contact information, the essence of the request and, if necessary, confirm the authority of the representative.
11. Children
The EMILZADE website and services are aimed at a B2B audience and are not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Links to external resources
The Site may contain links to partner/supplier sites. The owners of third-party sites are responsible for the content and processing of PDn on their policies.
13. Changes to the Policy
We may update the Policy. Significant changes will be reflected in the update date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means consent to the new version.
